Design
We take on architectural design projects spanning from smaller remodeling builds to major renovations and complete new homes as well as multi dwelling developments.
From early concepts following the initial brief, we work closely with our clients to refine and detail the design along the design process.
It is important to us that the layout of the design is functional and ‘works’ to meet their specific needs. We use modelling tools to provide our clients with better spatial understanding as well as a good idea of how the design will look in real life. It is also important to us that our clients get value and can achieve their goals within the budget frames.
We liaise with builders at an early stage to ensure this and our knowledge of engineering and regulatory requirements is ’employed/engaged’ at an early stage parallel to the architectural design process.
Architectural Drafting
We provide a drafting service for minor projects, where a building permit is required and the design input requirements are limited. We have deep knowledge about construction and regulatory requirements and extensive experience in dealing with town planning issues and local council requirements. Our work extends across Melbourne with a special emphasis on the Hobsons Bay municipality.
