Newport Small Remodel

The client wanted a bedroom added to the house as well as creating a connection between the living areas and the backyard with North-easterly aspects. The remodel utilised the South-easterly corner for the living room extension, building the walls to both boundaries. The living room now has a northerly aspect in direct connection to the outdoor living spaces. A dining room and kitchen were created in the adjacent spaces, so all living areas are now interconnected. The living room and dining room are partially screened by an open fire place.
